Do I need an appointment?
No. Just walk in any time during opening hours. If you’d prefer a set time, you can book online.
Do I need Medicare or Australian insurance?
No. Anyone is welcome, wherever you’re from. You simply pay at the end of your visit.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the type of visit and any treatment or vaccines you need. Call us on 02 9389 8000 for current fees. If you have Medicare, part of your consultation may be covered.
How can I pay?
We accept every payment method: all credit and debit cards including Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.
Can I claim it on my travel insurance?
Most travel insurance policies cover doctor visits. We give you an itemised receipt to send to your insurer. Check your policy for details.
I’m from the UK, Ireland or New Zealand. Can I use Medicare?
Possibly. Visitors from 11 countries with a health care agreement can get Medicare for medically necessary care once enrolled. See Services Australia to check.
What should I bring?
Your passport or ID, your insurance details, any medication or scripts from home, and your vaccine records if you’re after travel vaccines.
I’ve lost or run out of my medication. Can you help?
Usually, yes. Bring the packaging, a photo of it or your script from home, and the doctor will see what can be prescribed here.
How do I get to you?
We’re at 248 Bondi Road, about five minutes from Bondi Beach. Buses 333 and 380 stop right outside the clinic on Bondi Road, on both sides of the street depending on which way you’re heading. Very easy.
How early should I get travel vaccines?
Ideally six to eight weeks before your next trip, as some vaccines need more than one dose. If you’re leaving sooner, still come in.
What if it’s an emergency?
Call 000 (triple zero) for an ambulance, or 112 from a mobile. You can also go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
